Bulgur Wheat

A warm and flavoursome side dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups bulgur wheat, rinsed in cold water
  • Vegetable stock up to the 2 cup mark
  • 2 banana shallots, finely diced
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to the rice cooker bowl, stir and cook.
