Chicken Kebabs

These deliciously fresh and spicy kebabs are great to enjoy with the whole family.

Ingredients
  • 500g boneless chicken thighs cut into approx. 2-3cm pieces
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 4ml olive oil
  • 6g ground cumin
  • 2 lemons, juice and zest
  • 4g chilli powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients (except the chicken) in a bowl. Once mixed, add the chicken, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  2. Place the marinated chicken thighs onto skewers (soak wooden skewers for 15 minutes before using).
  3. Preheat the grill on the maximum setting then place the kebabs on the grill plate. Cook for 5-6 minutes then turn them as required until the chicken is fully cooked.
