Chicken Kebabs

Learn how to make mouth-watering chicken kebabs using Fat Reducing Grills from Russell Hobbs.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 2 peppers
  • 300g chilli peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 500g of chicken

Method (Serves 4)

  1. Prepare the onions, peppers and chilli peppers
  2. Use the garlic, lemon juice, cayenne and cumin to make the marinade
  3. Dice the chicken, mix with the vegetables and marinade and set to one side. Drizzle with oil and season to taste
  4. Turn on the grill. The green light will indicate when it has reached the right temperature
  5. Add the marinated chicken and vegetables to kebab skewers
  6. Cook on the fat reducing grill until the chicken is cooked through
  7. Serve with tangy salsa and yoghurt dip
