Herb Pasta

This simple dish tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients
  • 100g dried pasta
  • 150ml water
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 20g chopped mixed fresh herbs
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • Salt and cracked black pepper

Method

  1. In the steamer tray add the pasta and water and cook the pasta. Toss the pasta in the olive oil, lemon and herbs, season and serve.
