Pizza Bread with Garlic Butter

Here's a simple guide to making your own delicious pizza bread accompanied by a tasty garlic butter. Make it all using just one device - the Russell Hobbs Desire Food Processor.

Ingredients
  • 400g strong white flour
  • 5g salt
  • 5g fast-action dried yeast
  • 225ml warm water
  • 5g caster sugar
  • Small jar of sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Small bunch of basil
  • 50g parmesan
  • 50g butter

Method (Serves 8) 

  1. Pre heat the oven to 220 degrees C
  2. Place a baking tray into the oven
  3. Attach the dough tool to the Russell Hobbs Food Processor and mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast
  4. Pour in the water and mix until smooth and elastic
  5. Remove and shape into a ball, place in an oiled bowl and cover and leave to rise for 2 hours
  6. Using the jug blender accessory add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and blend to a smooth paste
  7. Attach the shredding disc to the Desire Food Processor and shred the cheese
  8. Once the dough has doubled in size, knock the air out on a floured surface and roll out into a circle
  9. Place the dough onto the hot baking tray, spread the top with the sun-dried tomato puree and sprinkle over the cheese
  10. Place into the oven for 20 minutes until the dough is brown and the cheese has melted
  11. Then cream together the butter and garlic to create the dipping sauce
