Poached Cutlets of Salmon

A simple, but delicious recipe for fish lovers.

Ingredients
  • 1 x 90g -125g salmon cutlet
  • 50ml water
  • 25ml white wine
  • 1g salt
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 peppercorn
  • 1/2 thin slice of onion
  • 1/2 sprig parsley

Method

  1. Put the cutlet on a piece of baking parchment and put into the cooking pot
  2. Add the other ingredients and press the PASTA button
  3. Bring to the boil, then press the KEEP WARM/CANCEL button
  4. Press the SLOW COOK button and cook for 2-3 hours
  5. Serve hot with melted butter or hollandaise sauce
  6. To serve cold, transfer the salmon to a dish and pour over the cooking liquid
  7. When cold, drain and serve with salad or coat with aspic made from the liquid
