Salmon with a Spicy Rub

This super-zingy salmon is quick and easy to make using the versatile Multicooker and is ideal for a healthy lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
  • 2 Salmon Fillets – skin on
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Soft brown sugar
  • 1 Lemon

Method

  1. Mix the paprika, chilli powder, cumin sugar and the salt and pepper in a bowl
  2. Take your Salmon fillets and sprinkle on the rub 
  3. Turn on your Russell Hobbs Multi Cooker and select the fish programme
  4. Add the oil to the bowl and after a couple of minutes when the oil has heated add the fillets skin down and close the lid
  5. Serve with a wedge of lemon
