Preparation time: 5-10 minutes plus minimum 1 hour to freeze banana
Equipment: Russell Hobbs Jug Blender
To serve: Butterscotch sauce, toasted pecan nuts
- Lay the banana on a tray and freeze for at least 1 hour or until properly frozen.
- Once frozen add the banana to the blender jug along with the honey and enough milk to make a smooth consistency
- Serve with butterscotch sauce and toasted pecan nuts
