Cheat Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 150 ml almond milk or coconut milk

Serves: 2-4

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes plus minimum 1 hour to freeze banana

Equipment: Russell Hobbs Jug Blender

To serve: Butterscotch sauce, toasted pecan nuts

  1. Lay the banana on a tray and freeze for at least 1 hour or until properly frozen.
  2. Once frozen add the banana to the blender jug along with the honey and enough milk to make a smooth consistency
  3. Serve with butterscotch sauce and toasted pecan nuts
