500g summer fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
500g Greek yoghurt
300g white chocolate

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Reserve a couple of pieces of fruit and then put the remaining fruit, honey and yoghurt into the jug and blend until smooth. Chop the reserved fruit into approx. ½ - 1cm dice and divide between the moulds. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds and put in the freezer for approximately 12 hours.
Melt the white chocolate and dip the ends of the lollies into the chocolate once cooled before dipping the lollies into the hundreds and thousands.
