Raspberry Sauce

With the help of the Russell Hobbs Illumina Hand Blender, making yummy Raspberry Sauce has never been easier. It's the perfect topping for a variety of desserts.

  • 150g raspberries
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 50ml water
  • 300g raspberry jam
  • 50ml raspberry liqueur


  1. Add 150g fresh raspberries, 100g sugar and 60ml water to a small saucepan
  2. Bring the mixture to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for four minutes
  3. Pour in seedless raspberry jam and raspberry liqueur
  4. Pour in the mixture to the beaker and then with the hand blender adjust the speed to speed 3 to blitz
  5. Blend the sauce until it’s smooth
  6. Chill until you’re ready to serve
  7. Serve as the perfect accompaniment to hazelnut meringues
