Green Tea, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie
Here's how to use green tea in a smoothie.
- 1 green tea bag
- ¼ cup boiling water
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk

- Sit the green tea bag in a mug and pour over the boiling water.
- Let it sit for 3 minutes, remove the tea bag and stir in the honey.
- Cool for a further 5 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in the container and blend for 30 seconds.
