Thunder Green Smoothie

Drinks & Smoothies


  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup Romaine lettuce
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp. crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup natural coconut water
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ apple, chopped
  • 1 banana (optional but it adds body to the smoothie)
  • Dash of cayenne

  1. Place all ingredients in your Mix & Go and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy! You really will feel very healthy!

Top Tips: If the smoothie is too thick and the ingredients aren’t blending easily, add a small amount of water or coconut water until you reach the desired consistency.

This can also be frozen until you’re ready to enjoy at a later time. Once defrosted – pop it back in the blender to fluff it up again!
