Thunder Green Smoothie
Try our Thunder Green Smoothie and taste the healthiness.
- ½ cup kale
- ½ cup Romaine lettuce
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. crushed ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup natural coconut water
- ¼ cup water
- ½ apple, chopped
- 1 banana (optional but it adds body to the smoothie)
- Dash of cayenne

- Place all ingredients in your Mix & Go and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy! You really will feel very healthy!
Top Tips: If the smoothie is too thick and the ingredients aren’t blending easily, add a small amount of water or coconut water until you reach the desired consistency.
This can also be frozen until you’re ready to enjoy at a later time. Once defrosted – pop it back in the blender to fluff it up again!
