Mango and Coconut Smoothie

Whether you want to chill or party, this yummy tropical smoothie will whisk you away to sandy beaches and Caribbean sunsets.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango, peeled, stoned and diced
  • 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100ml vanilla yoghurt
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method (Serves 2)

  1. Place your ingredients into the a jug blender
  2. Blitz the ingredients until smooth
  3. Serve over ice and enjoy
