The Perfect Espresso

Follow these simple steps to make that perfect pick-me-up - the espresso!

Ingredients
  • Ground Coffee
  • Your favourite biscuit! 

Method

  1. Using the scoop add the required amount of freshly ground coffee to the filter handle: 8g for a single or 16g for a double
  2. Tap the coffee down firmly, ensure coffee is packed evenly for a smooth pour
  3. Switch on the machine and wait for the red light to turn off to indicate the water has come to temperature
  4. Put the espresso cup underneath the filter and then turn the dial to the right to pour the espresso: 30ml for a single or 60ml for a double
  5. Serve and enjoy with your favourite biscuit!
