Ingredients

  • 2-3 coconuts split in half for serving bowls
  • 200g blackberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 250g strawberries, sliced
  • 250g blueberries
  • 1 packet dried goji berries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled, stone removed and roughly chopped
  • Honey to taste

  1. Place a selection of fruit in the halved coconuts. Serve immediately
  2. Drizzle with honey for a tasty finishing touch
