Lighten up your meal with our spiralized coleslaw.

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 3 white onions
  • 4 carrots
  • Mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method (Serves 5-6)

  1. Spiralize the cabbage with the spiral slice blade. Spiralize the onions with the Spiral slice blade. Spiralize the carrots with the thin noodle blade. Cut the spiralized carrot strands into 1-2 cm pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
