2 large sweet potatoes
Method (Serves 4)
Spiralize the sweet potatoes with the Thick noodle blade. Cut the strands into 3-4 cm pieces. Heat a fryer to 160ºC then fry the sweet potato in batches for about 5 minutes until the potato starts to become crispy. Drain on paper, season and serve.
