Grilled Halloumi

Crisp and salty halloumi makes perfect party food.

Ingredients
  • 1 block haloumi cheese
  • Olive oil
  • sliced approx. ½ cm thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cover the slices of cheese with olive oil and season. Preheat the grill on the maximum setting. One heated, place the cheese onto the ribbed area of the plates and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
