Method (Makes 6 approx.)
- Spiralize the onion with the Spiral slice blade.
- Mix together the onion, garlic, chilli, butter and ginger in a bowl. Add the flours, fennel seeds, chilli powder, turmeric and salt and mix well.
- Divide the mix into equal size balls.
- Heat a fryer to 170ºC and fry the bhaji until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, season and serve.
