Poached Egg and Asparagus

This beautiful dish is both full of flavour and nutritious.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 large free range eggs
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Cook the egg and asparagus in the steamer. Mix the olive oil, lemon and seasoning together in a bowl. Pour over the cooked asparagus then place the eggs on top and serve.
