Potato, Spring Onion and Crème Fraiche Salad

A classic potato salad that can be served as a side or as part of a banquet!

Ingredients
  • 200g Cooked New Potatoes, cut into approx. 1-2 cm pieces
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions, Finely Sliced
  • 120g Crème Fraiche
  • 3g Paprika
  • 3g Chilli Powder
  • ½ Bunch Fresh Coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes in the steamer for approx. 15-20 Minutes. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the steamer and leave to cool. Once cooled cut the potatoes into 1-2 cm pieces. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together before serving.
