Russian Salad

This Russian salad is the perfect accompaniment to any meat based dish.

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, cooked, cut into approx. ½ cm pieces
  • 2 carrots, cooked, cut into approx. ½ cm pieces
  • 30g peas
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • ¼ bunch fresh flat leaf chopped parsley,
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes whole in the steamer for 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the steamer and leave to cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel and dice the potatoes. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cook them whole in the steamer. Once cooked remove them from the steamer and leave to cool. Dice the carrots once cooled.
