Celeriac and Apple Soup

Add bacon to this sweet and creamy root vegetable soup to add even more flavour!

Ingredients
  • 1 celeriac (approx. 750g), peeled and grated
  • 2 green apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 500ml milk
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 50g shelled walnuts, chopped

Method (Serves 4)

  1. Put all of the ingredients into the jug except the walnuts and press the creamy soup button.
  2. Serve the soup garnished with the walnuts.
