Noodle Soup

Our aromatic soup is super healthy and packed full of tasty ingredients.

  • 1 chicken stock
  • 15g ginger, finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 20ml dark soy sauce
  • 20g caster sugar
  • 3 carrots cut into strips
  • 200g mange tout, cut into strips
  • 4 spring onions finely sliced
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 200g cooked chicken leg
  • 200g noodles
  • 300g beansprouts
  • 10g fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingredients into the slow cooker bowl (except the noodles and coriander). Cook on the high setting for 4-5 hours.
  2. Add the noodles and continue cooking until the noodles are ready.

Tom’s Tip: This is a great appetiser for an evening with friends, or as a packed lunch to have on the go.
